Teams
● Maximum 5 people per team, 1 vehicle per team.
- Open to all - You do not need to be a VFW member to participate
● Each team MUST have a Designated Driver.
● Bring extra cash — some tasks require purchasing drinks. Please tip your bartenders & servers!
Gameplay
● The game takes place in and around Phoenixville.
● Be respectful to our neighbors and local businesses.
● Clues are in no particular order — tackle them however you like.
● All tasks and challenges must be completed by the entire team. No splitting up.
● Cell phone use IS permitted.
● Complete as many clues as possible and return to the VFW by 5:00 PM.
⚠️ Late Penalty: 2 points deducted for every 5 minutes your team is late returning.
Scoring
● Your clue packet will include the phone number of your designated judge.
● One team member is responsible for documenting task completions via photo or video and submitting answers via text to your judge, along with the question number.
● Each completed task is worth 3 points, unless otherwise specified.
● Some tasks offer bonus points — keep an eye out!
● Judges have the final say. Incorrect or incomplete answers receive 0 points. No partial credit.
● You may NOT earn points at the VFW unless specifically instructed.
⭐ Bonus: Earn 1 bonus point per team member wearing a VFW t-shirt or swag (up to 5 bonus points).
Tips & Reminders
● Text your judge as soon as you receive their number. Include your team name.
● Read each clue carefully with your whole team before acting — follow instructions completely for full credit.
● You do NOT need to complete every task. In fact, it’s unlikely you’ll finish them all.
Remember: This is NOT The Amazing Race. It’s all about having FUN. Don’t be overly competitive, don’t be rude, and most importantly— be safe!
